Bubbly Bodz is an Australian small business based on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

By placing an order with Bubbly Bodz, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where we identify an error, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing or product availability issue.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be provided.
Products
We do our best to display our products, colours, textures and designs as accurately as possible.
As many Bubbly Bodz products are handmade, hand-finished or customised, slight variations may occur between products. Colours, placement of decorations, toppings and other details may vary from photographs shown online.
These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not necessarily mean that a product is faulty.
Shower Station & Customised Products
Our Shower Station allows customers to create products using available scent and topping options.
Customised products are made according to the selections provided at the time of purchase. Once preparation of a customised order has commenced, selections may not be able to be changed.
Please check your selections carefully before completing your order.
Change-of-mind returns are generally not available for customised products. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Freshies
Bubbly Bodz Freshies are fragranced products designed to add fragrance to appropriate spaces.
Freshies are not edible and should be kept away from children and pets where necessary.
Customers should follow any directions and safety information supplied with the product.
Personal Care Products
Please read the ingredients, directions and cautions provided with our personal care products before use.
We recommend patch testing new products before full use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Information provided by Bubbly Bodz about our products is general product information and is not intended to replace professional medical advice.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum spends or exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
