Shipping Policy

At Bubbly Bodz, we’re a small Australian business and every order is packed with care (and a little bit of bubbly fun 💕).

Order Processing

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared, packed and dispatched.

During launches, sales, market weekends or other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to get your Bubbly Bodz goodies on their way as quickly as possible.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Australian Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro areas: approximately 2–5 business days

Regional & remote areas: approximately 3–10 business days

These are estimated delivery times only. Delays caused by postal or courier services are outside of Bubbly Bodz's control.

Tracking

Where tracking is included with your shipping method, you’ll receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch notification.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

Bubbly Bodz cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update it for you.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking information first.

If your tracking shows an issue or your parcel appears to be missing, please contact us and we'll help where we can with the courier or postal provider.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery delays are outside of our direct control.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to Bubbly Bodz due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or another issue outside our control, additional shipping charges may apply to have the parcel sent again.

Local Pick-Up

If local pick-up is available at checkout, you'll receive confirmation when your order is ready.

Please wait until you have received your Ready for Pick-Up notification before arranging collection.
